The Autel CVALDW20 is a complete Commercial Vehicle ADAS Lane Departure Warning (LDW) calibration system built on the standard (fixed bay) Autel ADAS frame. At $12,874, this is a full-featured static LDW calibration system for shops doing a high volume of commercial vehicle ADAS work from a dedicated bay.

What LDW Calibration Covers

Lane Departure Warning systems on commercial vehicles use forward-facing cameras mounted at the windshield to detect lane markings. When the camera is disturbed — through windshield replacement, mounting bracket service, front-end collision work, or any related repair — it requires static recalibration using manufacturer-specified target patterns placed at precise distances in front of the vehicle. The CVALDW20 provides the complete setup for that work.

Standard Frame vs. MA600 Mobile Frame

The CVALDW20 uses the standard (fixed installation) Autel ADAS frame. If you need a portable system that can move between bays or go to a fleet yard, look at the MA600-based packages (CVMALDW, CVMALDWT). The standard frame is better suited for dedicated ADAS bays with high volume. Prices differ accordingly — the standard frame version at $12,874 vs. the MA600 mobile version at $11,780.
