The BTAK is listed as optional/sold separately for both BT608 and BT609. It is not compatible with the BT506 or BT508.

The current clamp enables parasitic draw testing (measuring battery drain without cutting the circuit), alternator ripple testing, and starter current draw measurement. The multimeter adds voltage drop testing, resistance measurement, and component testing directly through the BT608 or BT609 interface.
