Autel MaxiTPMS TS900 -- Full TPMS Service, All-Systems Diagnostics, and 40+ Service Functions on One 8-Inch Tablet
Most shops that do tire work also do diagnostics. The TS900 is built for exactly that reality: one tool on the tech's cart that handles the TPMS job from sensor activation through relearn, then switches to a full-system scan for a pre/post report, then resets the oil light before the car goes back to the customer. No docking station, no second tablet, no switching tools mid-job. The 8-inch Android 11 touchscreen is large enough to read live data graphs on the lift and compact enough to carry in a shop apron pocket.
This is the main ISN distributor listing for the TS900. Vehicle coverage spans U.S., Asian, and European makes from 1996 and newer, with bi-directional controls and active tests across all supported systems. The MaxiFlash V150 VCI is included and supports CAN FD for 2018-and-newer vehicles that have moved beyond standard CAN bus.
TPMS -- Activation, Programming, and Relearn for Every Sensor on the Road
The TS900 handles both 315MHz and 433MHz in a single tool, which covers every OE TPMS frequency in use across North America, Europe, and Asia. Coverage is not limited to common domestic makes -- Autel specifically includes Tesla OE sensor activation, which matters as independent shops see more electric vehicles coming in for tire rotations and seasonal changes.
- Activate and Read All Known OE Sensors: Triggers OE sensors by frequency and protocol, then displays sensor ID, tire pressure, temperature, and battery health. Works on virtually every make and model with factory TPMS.
- Program Autel 1-Sensor: The TS900 programs Autel's universal 1-Sensor to replace 99% of OE TPMS sensors currently on the road. Programming modes include copy-by-OBD, copy-by-activation, manual entry, and auto-create -- so the tech can match whatever the job requires.
- Tesla OE and BLE Sensor: Activates Tesla's OE sensors natively. Also compatible with the Autel BLE Sensor, which comes preprogrammed for Tesla -- plug it in and it is ready.
- Relearn by OBD: On supported vehicles, the TS900 completes TPMS relearn through the OBD-II port -- no road-drive procedure, no stationary button sequence. Autel's OBD relearn coverage is among the broadest available in a handheld TPMS tool.
- Stationary and Drive Relearn: Full coverage of all OE relearn methods: stationary, drive, OBD, and combination procedures. On-screen instructions walk the tech through each step.
- 315MHz and 433MHz: Both frequencies in one device. Domestic, European, Asian -- the TS900 does not need a frequency module swap.
All-Systems Diagnostics -- Every Module, Not Just TPMS
The TS900 scans every control module in the vehicle, not just the tire pressure monitor. Engine, transmission, ABS, SRS, body, chassis, HVAC, and every other system the vehicle reports -- full DTC read and clear, freeze frame, live data, active tests, and special functions across all of them. This is the same diagnostic coverage Autel puts in its dedicated scan tool line.
- Read and Clear DTCs: Full fault code access across every system, with definitions and probable causes. Clears codes and confirms the repair held.
- Freeze Frame: The sensor snapshot the ECU locked in when the fault triggered. Essential for diagnosing intermittent faults without a repeat visit.
- Live Data with Graphing: Real-time PID streams across all modules. Graph O2 sensors, fuel trims, transmission temperatures, ABS wheel speeds, and TPMS sensor status side by side on one screen.
- Active Tests (Bi-Directional Control): Command individual components from the tablet. Cycle the ABS pump, fire an injector, toggle a relay, lock and release an EPB caliper. Confirms component operation before closing the job.
- Special Functions: Module-level programming functions: injector coding, adaptation resets, variant coding, and others depending on vehicle and system coverage.
- Pre- and Post-Scan Reports: Generate a dated full-vehicle scan report before starting any work and again after completion. Share or print the PDF directly from the tablet. This documentation protects the shop and gives the customer a record of what was found and what was fixed.
40+ Service Functions -- The Resets That Finish Every Job
Service resets are where shops either use the right tool or lose time explaining to a customer why the oil light is still on. The TS900 covers more than 40 service procedures natively -- the most common ones every shop hits weekly, plus the specialized resets that used to require a dealer-level tool.
- Oil and Service Light Reset: Clears service interval reminders after oil changes. Works across domestic, Asian, and European makes, including vehicles with oil-quality sensors that track the actual condition of the oil.
- EPB Reset: Retracts electronic parking brake calipers to allow pad replacement. Runs the post-service initialization to seat the new pads correctly.
- Brake Bleed: Cycles the ABS modulator through a controlled bleed sequence. Achieves a full fluid flush without an assistant pumping the pedal on most supported applications.
- Battery Registration: Registers a replacement AGM or EFB battery to the BMS on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, and other makes that require it to prevent charging system errors and premature battery failure.
- SAS Calibration: Resets and recalibrates the steering angle sensor after wheel alignment or suspension component replacement. Required on virtually every modern vehicle after an alignment.
- DPF Regeneration: Forces a stationary regen cycle on diesel vehicles to burn accumulated soot from the particulate filter. Saves the customer a dealer visit on many diesel applications.
- Airbag Reset: Clears SRS fault codes after airbag system repair. Includes Occupancy Seat calibration for makes that use seat-weight sensing for passenger detection classification.
- Throttle Reset: Relearns throttle body position and idle control after cleaning or component replacement -- eliminates rough idle on cold starts after throttle service.
- Injector Coding: Programs fuel injector correction codes into the ECU after diesel injector replacement on vehicles using Bosch common rail systems and other direct injection platforms that require individual injector calibration.
- TPMS Relearn (Service Menu): TPMS relearn is available both in the dedicated TPMS application and in the service function menu for workflow flexibility.
MaxiFlash V150 VCI -- Built for Modern Vehicle Protocols
The MaxiFlash V150 is Autel's enhanced vehicle communication interface, and it is included with the TS900. This is not a generic Bluetooth OBD-II dongle -- the V150 is engineered to handle the protocols that 2018-and-newer vehicles actually require.
- CAN FD: CAN Flexible Data-rate support is standard on the V150. Many 2018-and-newer vehicles -- including current-generation GM trucks, Ford F-Series, and European platforms -- use CAN FD for powertrain and chassis communication. Without CAN FD support, the tool cannot fully access those vehicles. The TS900 handles them natively.
- Full OBD-II Protocol Coverage: CAN, ISO 15765-4, KWP2000, ISO 9141-2, J1850 VPW, J1850 PWM, and CAN FD. The V150 covers every protocol variant in the OBD-II spec.
- Wireless and Wired: Connects to the TS900 tablet over Wi-Fi for cable-free operation anywhere in the bay. Also supports USB for wired connection when wireless is not ideal.

Vehicle Coverage
Coverage spans U.S., Asian, and European vehicles from 1996 and newer via OBD-II. TPMS activation covers all known OE sensors including Tesla. Diagnostic and service function depth varies by make, model, and year. Autel maintains an online vehicle coverage database at autel.com -- worth checking on specific fleet vehicles or specialty makes before purchase. CAN FD support in the V150 extends full access to 2018-and-newer platforms.
Software and Updates
TPMS software updates are free for the life of the tool -- sensor coverage stays current as new vehicle platforms and new OE sensor designs enter service. Diagnostic software (all-systems scanning and service functions) is included with the tool and covered by an initial subscription period. Continued diagnostic updates after that period are available through Autel's Total Care Program (TCP). Call us to confirm current subscription terms before purchase.
